Adam Rippon Spills Who He’d Want to Be Paired With on ‘Dancing With The Stars’

· Updated on May 28, 2018

There’s been talk of Olympic figure-skater Adam Rippon joining this season of Dancing With The Stars, but so far, nothing has been confirmed. Right now, he’s is already committed to Stars on Ice, which runs from April 6th to mid-May, and DWTS’ four-week season begins April 30th.

“You know, it would be a crazy schedule,” Rippon told ET. “Like, the dates are all going on during the Stars on Ice tour, so it would be a lot of traveling.” The upcoming DWTS is an all-athlete season, so it would be perfect for Rippon. And apparently, he wouldn’t be the first to participate in both showsMeryl Davis and Charlie White have.

As far as a partner goes, Adam isn’t picky.

“I do love the girls on the show,” he said. “I think any choice would be great. If I did have the chance to do the show, I mean, I always love watching Lindsay [Arnold], Witney [Carson], or Jenna [Johnson]. They’re great.”

The bronze medalist also joked about his dance moves, which he describes as being like, “a crazy person, like really outgoing, kinda, like, loud. So when I go out, I’ll just start dancing a little bit and I’ll be having a good time and usually people think like, ‘Oh, she’s crazy.’” Rippon continued, “They’re not wrong, but usually it looks like I’m going to hurt myself. And that’s by myself! I don’t know what kind of insurance [there is].”
