It’s no news that Icelandic pixie pop icon, Björk is a RuPaul’s Drag Race fan. Last year, Katya did her best Björk during the Snatch Game of All Stars 2. After, the musician admitted during a Reddit AMA that she was flattered by the drag queen’s portrayal.
Now, Björk has her sights on another Drag Race alum.
She recently appeared on Matt Wilkinson’s Beats 1 radio show to promote her new album, Utopia. When asked if the song, “Sue Me” was inspired by Nina Bo’Nina Brown’s exiting line, Björk responded: “You will not believe this, but the Nina Bo’Nina reference was after. It’s some zeitgeistYeah, it was meant to be. I wrote the song before it happened. Maybe I should ask her to do a remix or something.”
Who better to serve a remix of pop’s oddball than the self-proclaimed outsider of RuPaul’s Drag Race? We’re 100% here for a Nina Bo’Nina remix and even a video collab. The paper mache lewks would be iconic.
How about we take this to the next level?
