'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend' Releases New Number All About a Penis

If you’re not watching Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, you’re really missing out. The show tackles mental health and relationships with a diverse and talented castoh, and there are some pretty hilarious musical numbers. From “Period Sex” to “Let’s Generalize About Men,” they’re all pretty self-explanatory and totally relatable.

In the latest number from this week’s mid-season finale, Paula (the amazing Donny Lynne Champlin) encounters an old flame at the supermarket. What ensues is an Abba-esque pop ballad entitled “First Penis I Saw.” You can probably guess what it’s about, and for once, we can say this penis was seen shown consensually.

Imagine a Mamma Mia deleted scene in which Meryl Streep belts out a tune about Pierce Brosnan’s penis. It’s honestly the best musical number about penises since Selma Blair, Cameron Diaz, and Christina Applegate’s groundbreaking performance of “The Penis Song” in the 2002 classic, The Sweetest Thing.

The mid-season finale of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend airs this Friday at 8/7c on the CW. Watch “First Penis I Saw” below:
