Karamo Brown Proposes to Boyfriend of Eight Years

The charm master himself has got engaged. Karamo Brown, of the new Fab Five on Netflix’s Queer Eye, surprised his boyfriend of eight years, Ian Jordan, twice in one night. First, with a surprise birthday party, and second, with a marriage proposal.

Out of all the people you’d want to propose to you, Karamo Brown is probably the top of the list. I mean, the man has style. Queer Eye co-star Tan France was kind enough to post the video on his Instagram story.

“All these things that I’ve accomplished is only because when I get home, I know that I have you,” Brown said, down on one knee. “You make me feel like I can do anything.”

Brown posted about the engagement on Instagram afterward saying, “Last night, in front of family & friends, I asked my best friend and the love of my life, ‘Will you marry me?’ He said YESSS!!!!”

From what we can piece together, the event was a whole multimedia production. There was a video that Brown put together to surprise Jordan with his own family that was visiting. Little did he know that they were actually there for his engagement. As an added bonus, the entire Queer Eye cast was there to share this special moment with the newly engaged couple.
