It’s almost impossible to say something new in today’s hyper-confessional “this is me raw and unfiltered and not wearing makeup but totally photoshopped” pop landscape, but that hasn’t been a problem for UK singer and producer Sakima. On his recent EP Facsimile, the 26-year-old pop auteur did something unusual: used his bedroom-ready voice to talk frankly, openly, and explicitly about gay sex.
