Yes, And?

Ariana Grande is trolling her fans with new tracklist

Ariana Grande’s next album Eternal Sunshine is almost here. It’s been four years since her last album, and now, the pop superstar’s new project is just a few weeks away, dropping on March 8. But even with the release date creeping up, Grande’s remained tight-lipped on the album’s contents — until now.

On her website, Grande revealed the full 13-song tracklist, but with a major catch. Nine of the album’s songs are plain to see, including newly announced tracks ”Intro (End of the World),” “Bye,” “Don’t Wanna Breakup Again,” “Eternal Sunshine,” “Supernatural,” “True Story,” “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait For Your Love),” and “I Wish I Hated You.” The lead single, “Yes, And?” is also listed. But that leaves four songs still unaccounted for.

Not to worry: Ariana’s listed those songs too, just not with their actual titles. Instead, she’s taken up self-censorship, replacing each word of every title with a “beep.” That makes the other four songs “Beep Beep (Beep),” “Beep Beep Beep Beep,” “Beep Beep Beep,” and “Beep Beep (Beep Beep).”

Confused yet? So are the Arianators, who are frantically trying to decode what these nonsensical beeps might mean. That one “beep” in parentheses could signify an interlude, while the “beep beep” in the last track could stand for “featuring” and another unknown artist.

Meanwhile, the fact that every beeped out song has at least two beeps means that the Wicked actress’ viral unreleased song “Fantasize,” — which, of course, has a one-word title — won’t be on Eternal Sunshine. Will it ever come out!?

No matter what the songs will actually be, fans are just excited for a new Ariana album after all these years of waiting.

While her fans are spiraling, Grande is just having fun trolling them. She also released a behind-the-scenes video, chatting with her team about their favorite tracks on the album. Of course, the song titles they’re saying are all beeped out, too.

And while promoting her upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live (she’ll be the musical guest on March 9), Grande went back and forth in her Instagram comments with RuPaul’s Drag Race queen Salina EsTitties.

“Please say you’re performing beep beep and beep beep beep?” EsTitties asked.

“No beep beep beep beep and beep beep beep,” Grande replied. What her performance actually has in store is anyone’s guess — but we’ll all be tuning in.

Eternal Sunshine releases on March 8.
