Hamburger Mary’s Facing $1.5 Million Lawsuit After Woman Claims Drag Queen Breast Injured Her

· Updated on May 28, 2018

Tampa’s Hamburger Mary’s restaurant is facing a $1.5 million lawsuit from a woman who says she was injured by a drag queen’s breast, WESH reports.

Neldin Molina says during a dinner outing in May 2015 for a friend’s birthday. During the dinner, performer Amanda D’Hod pointed out to Molina, who didn’t want any attention. Molina turned around. However, Molina alleges, D’Hod touched Molina’s shoulder and then grabbed her head and wiggled her breasts against Molina’s face and head eight times. The lawsuit alleges that D’Hod slammed Molina’s head violently against her breasts.

Molina began to experience a headache and neck pain after the incident. She ended up going to the emergency room for cervical pain and uncontrollable headaches, according to the complaint. Molina is seeking $1.5 million for medical expenses and physical and mental pain.
