Trump Looked Directly at the Sun Because Of Course He Did

Don’t look directly at the eclipse or at this picture of Donald Trump looking at the eclipse.

On Monday afternoon, Donald Trump stepped out of the White House with Melania Trump and their son, Barron, to watch the eclipse. However, unlike us mere mortals, Trump decided that he shouldn’t heed ubiquitous warnings to avert his eyes and stared directly at the star as the moon passed in front of it.

After the image made its way onto Twitter, the internet roasted him harder than the sun roasted his retinas.

Remember kids: stay in school, don’t look directly at the sun and don’t cut funding for science programs.
