Did you know this Heartstopper star is in Snow White?

The Heartstopper fandom loves to keep up with all of the show’s stars’ other projects, from Joe Locke taking over the MCU with Agatha All Along, to Kit Connor’s Broadway debut in Romeo + Juliet, to Yasmin Finney’s star turn in Doctor Who. But one Heartstopper star’s latest gig largely flew under the radar, until some eagle-eyed fans pointed it out.

On Heartstopper, Corinna Brown plays Tara, a lesbian teenager who helps Connor as Nick with his own coming-out story (and has an adorable romance of her own with Darcy, played by Kizzy Edgell). But for Disney’s recent live-action remake of Snow White, Brown leaned into her other line of work: stunt performance.

Brown has worked as a stunt double on six projects in her career, including Netflix’s superhero series Supacell; last year, Netflix posted a behind-the-scenes clip of Brown in action, flying through air on wires.

Some Heartstopper fans recently noticed that on IMDb, Brown is credited as a stunt performer on Snow White as a double for Dujonna Gift, who played Maple, part of a group of bandits in the film.

Brown hasn’t spoken much about the gig, but she did speak about her work on Snow White in an interview with Pankhuri Bhutani last fall, singing the praises of co-stars including Gift and Rachel Zegler in the process.

“I don’t think you’ll see much, because I was doubling the amazing Dujonna [Gift], and she is triple-threat, amazing,” Brown said. “And the director on that was like, ‘I’m hiring performers who can do it all,’ and he did, which is great to see. So it was fun to be on set!”

“I don’t think you’ll see me on camera, but I’m really excited for that, ‘cause Rachel [Zegler] was lovely, and who doesn’t love Snow White and Disney?” she added. “I love all things Disney, so anything Disney, I’m like, ‘Yes!’”

For anyone hoping to catch a glimpse of Brown in action, Snow White is now playing in theaters. Check out the trailer below.
