Two of the year’s biggest pop stars uniting for a duet? The holidays are looking happy already.
The new trailer for Sabrina Carpenter’s holiday special, A Nonsense Christmas, reveals that the special will feature duets with other artists, including fellow pop princess Chappell Roan.

Whether the two will be singing one of Carpenter’s holiday hits, a different Christmas classic, or even one of Roan’s tracks remains to be seen — but no matter what, fans of both pop starlets will be seated.
The special will also feature duets with Tyla, Shania Twain, and Kali Uchis, along with guest appearances from celebrities including Quinta Brunson, Cara Delevigne, and Megan Stalter. Clearly, Carpenter knows her audience; she can even be seen reaching for a garment bag with the label “For The Gays” in the special’s trailer. If drawing in the gays is her goal, she’s doing a fabulous job.

The trailer is also chock-full of Carpenter’s signature cheeky sense of humor. Even Santa Claus himself is embracing her lyrical stylings: “I’m working late, because I’m Santa,” he sings to close out the trailer. Could a holiday remix of “Espresso” be in our future? “That’s that me hot chocolate” does have a bit of ring to it…
A Nonsense Christmas releases on Netflix on December 6 at 9 p.m. ET. Check out the full trailer below.
