Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall Throws Sickening Drag Party for 25th Birthday

· Updated on May 28, 2018

Do you remember how you celebrated your 25th birthday? I got turned away from one bar because I didn’t realize my license expired that day, and then I accidentally tipped a drag queen $20 at another gay bar that did let me in. So, yay for adulthood.

Jade Thirlwall of Little Mix fame recently celebrated her 25th birthday, and it’s safe to say hers went much better than mine. Hers included drag queens too. It was actually the theme of the festivities, with the guest of honor arriving in her AAA Girl finest, channeling her truest Shaneeda Nibbles, the drag name dubbed upon her by Willam herself. Her rainbow hair was complemented by a stringy corset and a flamenco train that would make Courtney Act gag. She tied the ensemble together with a fan that donned a picture of her drag mama, Willam.

Her fellow Little Mix girls, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson were also in attendance. Pinnock wore a millennium pink BDSM-inspired two-piece with a matching fur coat. Nelson wore a red one-piece with matching thigh-high boots that deserved a “shantay, you stay” from Ru herself. London drag icon, Jodie Harsh was also in attendance, rocking her signature bangs with a metallic studded leather jacket.

If you’re devastated that you weren’t invited, don’t worry. We weren’t there either. But most of the Twittersphere took notice of one absence in particular. The fourth member of Little Mix, Perrie Edwards was not in attendance.

Well, you missed out Perrie. And so did the rest of us. Here’s to another year of filling the void with the dozen Facebook comments I get from people I don’t even know and the $50 my mom sent me with a singing Hallmark card.
