Life’s up and downs get a new twist in Monét X Change’s upcoming one-woman show.
Our lives are full of lessons, trials, tribulations, and, if you’re Monét X Change, plenty of fodder for a comedy special. The RuPual’s Drag Race: All Stars winner is turning her personal narrative into a one-woman show called Life Be Lifin’. Highlighting her best assets, sharp comedic timing, classically-trained vocals, fabulous storytelling, and stage presence that won’t quit, Monét takes fans along for a ride throughout her coming-of-age story in a darkly hilarious fashion.
Written by Monét and directed by fellow Drag Race alum BenDeLaCreme, Life Be Lifin’ is not only a reflection of Monét’s story, but a testament to her creativity and work ethic too. There isn’t an artistic area that Monét hasn’t touched, turning heads with her drag artistry, getting the gays onto the dance floor with her bops, and making us all ROFL with her storytelling on her podcast Sibling Rivalry (alongside fellow Drag Race winner Bob the Drag Queen). Now, the multi-hyphenate is bringing together comedy, live singing, and her personal narrative to the stage in what left Monét with catharsis and will leave audiences gagging.
Entertainment with an edge
Whether you’re into indie comics, groundbreaking music, or queer cinema, we’re here to keep you in the loop twice a week.
Monét chatted with INTO about her new one-woman show, her upcoming album (which features the new single “Body,” and why Life Be Lifin’.

Statement from Monét X Change:
Ugh! I was so excited to go on the road and see y’all for the Life Be Lifin’ tour. Unfortunately, my body is not. I have a looooong (and in Jesus name) successful theater/stage/vocal career ahead of me, so for the next few weeks my doctor has ordered I take a pause on live singing for some health and maintenance. Ya girl has been going hard since 2024 dropped and I wanna make sure I’m always as healthy as possible. A bitch only gets one instrument, okay!? The rescheduled dates are now live. Thank you to everyone who has already supported this tour, I can’t wait to see you all for the new dates!
Love, Monét
