In a golden age of queer television, where is a viewer meant to begin? This list of the best gay TV relationships of all time is a good place to start.

The ranking comes courtesy of internet personality Mikey (aka @buckIeydiaz), who hosted a poll on their X (formerly Twitter) account. Voters could choose their favorite MLM relationship from a massive list compiled by Mikey, who then shared the top 50 couples, as chosen by the internet. 

The couples came from all genres of television and from all around the world. As a bonus, it makes for a great watchlist if you’re on the hunt for a new series to binge. According to Mikey, the poll received more than 3 million votes: now that’s quality crowdsourcing.

Given that Mikey’s list includes entries from across the globe, each show’s country of origin is also noted on our list. Without further ado, the top ten MLM TV ships of all time are:
