After the fifth episode of The White Lotus’ third season, viewers wondered just how far the series would take one of its most provocative storylines to date: the underlying attraction bubbling between the Ratliff brothers, shy Lochlan (Sam Nivola) and confident Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger). In that episode, the two shared a kiss — really, a makeout session — during a drug-fueled night out. And in last night’s episode, “Denials,” it’s revealed what the two got up to after heading to bed.
Apparently, Saxon’s plan to get Lochlan laid with Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon) came to fruition, and all three went to bed together: Lochlan and Chloe hooking up, while Saxon … *ahem* took care of himself just inches away. But that small separation didn’t last long, as Lochlan soon took notice and reached out to give his brother a helping hand — all while keeping up his action with Chloe, too. As one viral post quipped, “this demon twink can MULTITASK.”

Aimee Lou Wood was offered a guest judge spot on “Drag Race UK” but had to turn it down. Will she make it onto the panel next season?
Two “Drag Race” queens, a “Big Brother” icon, and an infamous “Survivor” flirt make the cut for this list by betting industry experts.
Though Lochlan claimed to have forgotten the incident the following morning, Saxon certainly didn’t. No, he was haunted by it throughout the episode, especially when Chloe brought it up again poolside. When Saxon got defensive, claiming that Chloe and Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) forced him and Lochlan to kiss, Chloe replied with a new iconic quote for the series: “I didn’t force him to jerk you off.”
Chelsea, meanwhile, joins her boyfriend Rick (Walton Goggins) as delivering some of the season’s best reaction shots. Just like Rick was left wide-eyed at his old friend’s story of hooking up with Thai women (and then wanting to be a Thai woman), Chlesea could do nothing but stare and gently gasp when she heard the news of the previous night’s brotherly lovefest. Never change, Aimee Lou Wood.
Now that things have gotten sexual, surely the incest storyline can’t get any worse. Right? Well… Some fans are concerned by the preview for next week’s episode, which includes a shot of Lochlan shirtless in bed with a sibling again. This time, though, it’s not Saxon, but his sister Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook).
Could we seriously be headed for two incestuous relationships in one trio of siblings? It’s simply too much. The United States government may be after the father of the Ratliff family, but would they consider coming to Thailand and stopping Lochlan’s reign of terror instead?
We’ll find out when the season’s penultimate episode airs next Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on HBO. Check out the season trailer below.
