They say two’s company and three’s a crowd, but this upcoming series is ready to change that saying for good.
On Tuesday, Peacock dropped the trailer of the new original series Couple to Throuple and it’s making us blush. The new show follows four couples as they embark on a polyamorous journey to seek out a third partner to join their relationship.

What Does it Mean to be Polyamorous
Curious? Find out.
In a lush tropical locale, the four duos will mingle with a group of singles, many of whom polyamory is not their first rodeo, as they test out uncharted waters for love. With triple the emotions, pleasure, and drama, Couple to Throuple will put these four couples’ relationships to the test to see who will leave either as a throuple, a couple, or separately.
The series is hosted by Scott Evans and guided by sex and relationship expert Shamyra Howard as weekly batches of three episodes highlight what each couple goes through as the try out polyamory. The upcoming season will feature 10 episodes in total, with the season finale streaming separately.
While once a taboo subject, polyamory (having multiple romantic relationships at once) is getting more on-screen attention. Showtime’s 2012 reality series Polyamorous: Married & Dating was one of the first unscripted TV shows to highlight polyamory. Fast forward, polyamorous configurations have appeared in The Politician, The L Word: Generation Q, Good Trouble, and She’s Gotta Have It on major streamers and networks.
Now Peacock is joining in on the fun with this upcoming reality TV series. Couple to Throuple premieres on Peacock on February 8. Check out the trailer below.
