Singer Benson Boone shared a video to his Instagram stories that has surprised some of his fans. It shows fellow singer Teddy Swims massaging oil into Boone’s skin, presumably backstage at a concert. Swims rubs the oil all over Boone’s arms, chest and abs.
He captioned the video, “There’s no better moisturizer than @teddyswims”

Swims reshared the video to his own Instagram stories and said, “Nooks and crannies 😍😂 Adding official oil boy for benson boone to my resume.”

Career-wise, Boone, 22, and Swims, 32, have enjoyed a stellar 2024.
Boone first caught attention on American Idol in 2021. He withdrew from the competition and further built his already big following on TikTok before securing a record deal. His debut album, Fireworks & Rollerblades, came out in April and went to number six on the Billboard 200. The lead single “Beautiful Things” went to number two on the Billboard 100.
Teddy Swims (real name Jaten Collin Dimsdale) also built a large following online (via YouTube) before finding mainstream success. His single “Lose Control” hit number one on the Billboard chart earlier this year.
Boone, a Mormon, is believed to be in a relationship with TikTok influencer Maggie Thurmon.
Swims, according to People, is dating fellow singer Raiche Wright.
Understandably, a few people on social media accused Boone of “queerbaiting” by posting the video.

Swims is set to be one of the performers on the 2024 Billboard Music Awards tomorrow (December 12). His new album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 2), is out next month.
Boone is currently on his Fireworks and Rollerblades tour, with the next date scheduled for New York’s Madison Square Garden this Friday (13th).
