Though a lot of people loved the cover, one person who had a less-than-glowing take on the editorial shoot was rapper Eve, who gave her opinion on the photo shoot on CBS’ The Talk on Thursday morning.
While discussing the photos, Eve said, “In this climate, it’s not good.”
“For me personally, I started realizing that young girls were looking up to me. Not that you want to be a role model, but it is what you are.”

Now, let’s hit the brakes for a moment with the sex negativity, Eve.
Minaj has actually already addressed this line of thinking years ago on The View.
“Five and six year olds have to be parented by their parents,” Minaj said when the co-hosts asked her about her skin-showing wardrobe.
Eve addressed the backlash to the comments on Twitter after the show aired.
“A lot of ya’ll need to calm down AND LISTEN to what I said,” the rapper wrote on Twitter. “I am speaking from the place I am TODAY as WOMAN and how I feel NOW!!!”

Fans were still unhappy with Eve’s comments on Twitter.
Wow. I can’t believe the First Lady of Ruff Ryders and my favorite Pitbull in a skirt said those things. I have to say, I’m really disappointed Eve.

Unfortunately, some people’s disagreement with the Scorpion rapper led them to leak nude images of Eve from years ago.
Plenty of people on Twitter have decried people’s attempt to slut shame Eve in response to her slut shaming Minaj.
