Ariana Grande Injured Her Hand While Filming ‘Carpool Karaoke’ With James Corden

Given that Ariana Grande’s next album, Sweetener, is probably the most anticipated event of the millennium, it makes sense that she’s already started her press circuit. Well, we now know that one of those events will be a “Carpool Karaoke” episode with James Corden. But unfortunately she didn’t make out it unscathed.

Although she didn’t explain how, Ariana tweeted a picture of her bandage after filming the episode with Corden. “I love my bandage it looks sick.” When fans asked her what happened, Grande replied, hinting that they would see when the episode airs: “It’s so stupid.”

Both Grande and Corden tweeted about how fun filming the episode was, and Corden even said that it “might be one of [his] favorites ever!” Ariana Grande is very personable and talented, so she is arguably one of the best late night guests. For example, who could forget her epic performance on The Tonight Show’s “Musical Genre Challenge”?

Sweetener comes out August 17th, so we can assume the “Carpool Karaoke” will come out around then.
