Beyoncé and Jay-Z Just Dropped A Surprise Album So Secure Your Wigs

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have finally dropped their long awaited collaborative album Everything Is Love on their streaming service Tidal. 

The album comes in the midst of their joint tour OTRII, which immediately put many fans on notice of the inevitable drop since they’d be touring together. 

News of this collaboration initially begun when Jay-Z told the New York Times that their recent solo projects that explored the most intimate elements of their lives and marriage 

“We were using our art almost like a therapy session,” he said at the time. “And we started making music together.” He explained that, because Bey’s music was progressing more quickly, Lemonade ended up coming out “as opposed to the joint album that [they] were working on.” 

The new album not only comes with 9 new tracks, but also an accompanying music video for track 2 on the album, “Apeshit”.
