Remember Blaire White? The trans woman who beat Caitlyn Jenner to the punch of making herself an anti-trans laughing stock for Tr*mp supporters? Yes, her. She’s back to her old tricks, i.e. making fun of other trans women and simping for Republicans who want to take her basic rights away. What else is new, right?
But there’s a twist. This time, she picked on the wrong trans girl.
When White decided to come for trans TikToker and general badass Lila (@lilarallatos) she perhaps wasn’t expecting the rebuttal that swiftly followed. White’s recent video goes out of its way to mock those she disagrees with (i.e. trans people who would like to have human rights) including Lila. And because people like White can’t actually find anything to make fun of about the lives of people way happier than themselves, they resort to being rude jerks. White makes fun of Lila’s speech and appearance before deciding to refer to her using a male name—all of which is to be expected. What White doesn’t do is touch upon any of Lila’s actual talking points involving the history of tax brackets (going all the way back to Woodrow Wilson’s taxation bump in 1917) and how Trump tariffs are going to mess everyone’s finances up.

So it’s no surprise that Lila responded with an open letter to White challenging her to an honest, good faith debate. “If you would like to genuinely debate me…about taxes and American economic politics,” Lila says, “please Blaire White debate me, I am begging for attention.”
I think we all know how that debate would turn out, which is precisely why White will never agree to it. People who build their careers on calling people ugly usually aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed, and I don’t think White could hold her own against someone like Lila who actually has the facts on her side.
In her original video, White points out that there are many different ways to be wrong on any given subject. She should know—she’s usually guilty of all of them.
