If Harris wins, Elon Musk could face a hilarious predicament

Elon Musk was never the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with, but during this election season, he’s been putting his full, unbridled stupidity on full display. In addition to being Trump’s number one fan and embarrassing himself at a recent rally, it seems—according to a recent report—that in all the excitement he forgot to do one very important thing. Allegedly, Musk has been working stateside all this time without the proper authorization.

Which means there’s yet another twist to his fervent Trump support. If Kamala Harris is elected, she could easily send his a** packing if this intel turns out to be true. And we would absolutely love to see it.

According to a bombshell Washington Post article posted earlier this week, the terms of Musk’s immigration could have been falsified. “Musk arrived in Palo Alto in 1995 for a graduate degree program at Stanford University but never enrolled in courses, working instead on his start-up,” the Post reports. “Leaving school left Musk without a legal basis to remain in the United States, according to legal experts.”

It comes as a surprise to learn this from the Post, a paper that recently made news for failing to endorse Kamala Harris. That said, the Bezos-owned Post surely has an ax to grind with Musk, a huge competitor in the tech space.

This news shines even more of a light on Musk’s flamboyant Trump simping in recent years. His stake in Trump’s campaign is clearly more personal than ever. It stands to reason that if Harris wins, she could have Musk denaturalized and possibly deported under the law.

We all know this would be delightful if it happened, but will it? If Harris does win, she’ll surely have bigger fish to fry. But without a doubt this would be one of the funniest and most satisfying comeuppances in human history.
