Renee Rapp is right, and she should say it

The queer community is losing its mind (in the best way) over Renee Rapp’s bluntness and solidarity with Megan Thee Stallion during her latest interview with Ziwe. The Not My Fault singer was asked how she felt about Tory Lanez recently being stabbed in prison, and according to Complex, she stated, “I feel like a lot of people get stabbed and like that’s ok,” Rapp continued, “Maybe we should be doing it more. Maybe we should be stabbing more […] shiv in the pocket.”

The community has a treasured love for Megan Thee Stallion and her emotional support lesbians, Cara Delevingne and Renee Rapp. The three have been connected for some time, and fans have noticed how unconditionally loyal and sincere Renee Rapp is with the Houston rapper, especially concerning her trauma. We appreciate Rapp’s public defense of Megan Thee Stallion, as fans have noticed the lack of support she receives in the industry and on social media.

We’re glad to hear that Megan Thee Stallion has a supportive circle and recently shared her adoration for Rapp and Delevingne on WhoWhatWear, revealing how one of their iconic pictures came to life.

While we don’t endorse violence, Renee Rapp is expressing what people are afraid to say in the industry, and unapologetically, regarding someone she loves deeply. Abusers’ actions should be met with consequences, and the severity of those consequences knows no bounds.

We stand with Megan Thee Stallion and will continue to advocate for the people’s princess. Also, we hope they continue to share hot street pictures with their iconic hand-holding, with Megan Thee Stallion wedged between Cara and Renee on either side.
