Nothing screams summer like a new bicurious bop and we’ve been given just that. Rita Ora has paired up with Cardi B, Charli XCX and Bebe Rexha to bring us “Girls.” The new track features the four artists singing about how they want to kiss girls. The chorus of the song talks about this sexual experiment “Sometimes, I just wanna kiss girls, girls, girls. Red wine, I just wanna kiss girls, girls, girls.”
“These past few years I’ve been so inspired by all the strong women I’ve seen who aren’t afraid to be themselves,” Ora said in a press release. “For those who aren’t afraid to rule the world, this is our anthem.” She then went on to thank the “boss women” who worked on the song with her and represented “who they are and where they are from.”
Charli XCX posted on Instagram while shooting the video for the track. “I’m so happy to be a part of this song. Ever since the day I met Rita she’s been so fun,” Charli wrote. “She’s a rare gem, someone who I love and trust and someone who I count as one of my best friends in this weird lil industry.”
