On Monday, Epic Games announced the hit rhythm game’s latest crossover. “Global superstar and two-time GRAMMY winner Sabrina Carpenter brings her eccentric brand of pop to Fortnite Festival Season 8,” the Fortnite team wrote.

Season 8 of Fortnite Festival began on Tuesday, April 8. For the uninitiated, Fortnite Festival is a rhythm game spinoff of the wildly popular battle royal shooter. Accessed within the Fortnite game launcher, Fortnite Festival allows the player to recreate licensed songs by tapping buttons in time to the beat. If you’ve played Guitar Hero or Rock Band, you know the vibe.
Featured artists for previous seasons have included Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga and most recently Hatsune Miku. Carpenter’s addition to Fortnite now comes with a whole pack of unlockable goodies, purchasable through experience points or the game’s internal V-Bucks.
In addition to the two unlockable jam tracks included with the Season 8 Music Pass (“Juno” and “Nonsense”), players can find additional tracks in the shop (“Please Please Please,” “Taste,” “Espresso” and “Feather”).
Players can also find four new outfits based on Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour. The first two are unlockable via the Music Pass—a yellow babydoll dress and yellow embellished bodysuit. Two more looks, a sparkly “Tour-Ready” outfit in pink or blue alternates, are available through the shop.
Season 8 also comes with Carpenter’s own Dance Emote, which players can perform in sync with friends. Players can also buy unique emotes for “Taste” and “Please Please Please.” Sounds like her more sapphic dance moves will be left to the real life concert stage, for now…
Fortnite Festival Season 8 will run from April 8 through June 17. While most Carpenter-themed rewards will be gone from the shop afterwards, Epic Games has teased they might come back around at a later date.
