Hungry? Thirsty? Maybe you should add these songs to your diet.
As country icon Linda Martell said, “Genre are a funny little concept. Yes, they are.” Each decade, music evolves and artists, seasoned and new, continue to shift the boundaries between each genre. And as genres change, so do music trends.
So it comes as no surprise that popular songs are starting to have this one thing in common. X user @ThiccNThriving shared a photo that shows that today’s most popular tunes are all about meals and beverages. Their viral post is captioned, “Friend: “Wow, you look great! What are you eating?” and shows a collage photo featuring song art from Sabrina Carpenter, Tyla, Billie Eilish, and Beyoncé.

Others were already consuming these pop confections and they seem to be just fine.
Some folks wanted to add more the menu. Perhaps a post-meal “Red Wine Supernova” a la Chappell Roan.
