Ever since AI hit the big time earlier this year, it’s been pretty much an unqualified disaster. We’ve seen images that were created for no other reason than to darkly stalk our subconscious like the Babadook. We’ve seen images so stupidly, misguidedly worshipful of right wing figures they cross right over into parody—remember the praying Trump with many fingers incident? We haven’t been able to forget it as it haunts our every waking nightmare.

But in keeping with the theme of the moment, it gets worse! Much, much worse. As X becomes more and more of an abandoned fascist gas station, it seems like we’ll be seeing a lot more horrible AI usage. But perhaps the most nefarious use yet of the new technology comes to us in a recent tweet calling Elon Musk the “new first lady.”

The image shows Trump happily caressing the pregnant stomach of Elon Musk as they both smile at each other, temporarily losing all resemblance to human beings in the process. It’s uncanny, unheimlich, gross, horrifying, and hilarious. And with any luck, it will put a stop to the AI tyranny that Musk adores.
We’d say AI has gotten out of hand, but that’s been quite obvious from the start. This is just the horrible icing on the disgusting cake.
Even more insane is the cost to the planet, which is already dying!
People are calling the image digusting, hilarious, an abomination, the worst use of AI yet seen, and the best use of AI yet seen. The reality is, we’ll take the laughs where we can get them at this point.
