It’s always incredibly weird when early era YouTubers become alt-right, especially when their content had nothing to do with politics. But while weird, it’s never exactly surprising.

Onesuch grifter is former ScrewAttack co-founder and RoosterTeeth alumnus Craig Skistimas, otherwise known as Stuttering Craig. Sometime in 2024, Craig decided that The Game Awards, produced and hosted by Geoff Keighly, were too woke and opted to create his own game awards without all the “PC nonsense”.
The project was first announced in a video from his YouTube channel, Side Scrollers, entitled “It’s Time To Take Games Back”, in which we get to listen to a 40-year-old man whine about how oppressed gamers are.

Taking a page out of transphobe Rob Schneider’s book, he decided to call it The Real Game Awards.
Kicking off the “REAL” Game Awards debut in 2024, they did a livestream and had nuanced categories as best jiggle physics or worst video game journalist.
For the best racing game, the award went to Nightmare Kart, developed by Lilith Walther.
For those who aren’t aware, Lilith Walther, sometimes known as B0tster on social media, is a transgender woman, which makes this undoubtedly hilarious.
Even more priceless was her reaction on Bluesky.
“so honored to have won the coveted anti woke game awards best racing game category. as a trans woman, its so comforting to see them prioritize diversity, equality and inclusion” she posts. “To celebrate, I’m going to have gay sex with my f****t transgender dog girl.”
Of course, having your name associated with something like this is not ideal, and Twitter B0tster demanded that the award be rescinded, claiming she did not permit them to nominate her.
Craig responded in a tweet, saying he will not rescind the award and that Walther “won because our voting members felt your game was the best in its category and they didn’t care about your politics or how you identify. You made a game they enjoyed. That’s it, you won. Congrats.”
It’s kind of sh***y, but at the same time, he’s also choosing to have a transgender person be named a winner in his anti-woke game award website, instead of simply removing her at her request, btw, is taking the L in the most next-level clown behavior way possible.
