P!nk has long been a queer female icon, not only for serving MoC lewks in mainstream pop music, but also because of her dogged advocacy for LGBTQ equality. On Tuesday morning, the prolific singer-songwriter dropped a music video that made her gay icon status official. In “Secrets,” P!nk sings “Everybody’s got a secret” while grinding up on a super-hot lady.
The pro-LGBTQ video depicts a few same-sex couples, including the artist herself and another woman, performing sensual dances against an artful graffiti wall. Is she trying to tell us something? Or maybe she’s just a really strong ally…
“Secrets” is the fourth single off P!nk’s seventh studio album Beautiful Trauma. She shared a little behind-the-scenes nugget on Twitter, revealing that she and her dancers shot the video after a show in Australia.
