P!nk Opens Up About Encouraging Her Kids to Choose Their Own Gender & Sexuality

There are two kinds of people in this world: those who love P!nk and those who are wrong. She’s been giving us uplifting and inspiring tracks since we were angsty teens whose parents didn’t understand us. And these days, she’s better than ever.

But when she’s not churning out empowering ballads, she’s apparently being an awesome mom. She recently spoke to the Sunday People about her parenting method and how she encourages her children to define their own gender and sexuality.

“We are a very label-less household,” she said. “Last week, Willow told me she is going to marry an African woman. I was like, ‘Great, can you teach me how to make African food?’ And she’s like, ‘Sure mama, and we are going to live with you while our house is getting ready.’”
